Qualifyr is a lead qualification and booking platform designed for independent service professionals. The Service enables professionals to share a public booking page, collect client information through pre-configured qualification questions, accept deposits, and manage bookings — all without back-and-forth direct messages.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments processed through Qualifyr are handled by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means:

Paddle is the seller and reseller of all products and services offered through the Qualifyr platform
Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, invoicing, and sales tax collection and remittance
Paddle processes refunds and handles chargebacks in accordance with their policies
Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent
